2 Day Classic Africa Safari

The group arrives at Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO). Participants are met by a representative of Serengeti Heroes Safaris and transferred to a hotel in Arusha.

At around 7:30 AM, following a delicious breakfast, your safari guide will be waiting for you at the hotel. Once you’ve met up with your driver, the adventure begins as you journey to Arusha National Park. By 10:00 AM, you’ll already be immersed in your first safari experience!

Upon arrival at the park gate and completion of the registration process, your guide will lead you on a captivating 1.5-hour walk to the awe-inspiring Tululusia waterfall. Along the way, encounter a variety of wildlife, including buffalos, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and monkeys. After a rejuvenating break near the waterfall, return to the vehicle for a continued game drive through the park.

Enjoy a delightful lunch in a designated area before embarking on another exhilarating game drive, exploring more of the park’s diverse landscapes and wildlife. As the evening approaches, conclude the day’s adventures and retire to your hotel for a well-deserved rest.

As this marks your inaugural safari day, kindly adhere to the national park’s visitor rules and our company recommendations.

Throughout the safari, exiting the vehicle is strictly prohibited, except in designated areas. Violations may result in substantial fines for the company and potential license revocation. Off-road driving is prohibited to prevent irreversible damage to the delicate natural ecosystem. While smoking is permitted during the safari, exercise extreme caution in extinguishing and disposing of cigarette butts to avoid savanna fires. We kindly request that you refrain from putting your feet on the safari car’s seats or sitting on the back, as such behavior can quickly render the vehicles unusable. Rise and shine early for a delightful day ahead! After enjoying breakfast, we’ll journey to Lake Eyasi, where an enriching cultural experience awaits at the Hadzabe (Bushman) village. Here, you’ll have the unique opportunity to observe their daily life and even join them in a real hunt—an authentic glimpse into their traditional way of living.

Following a fascinating morning, we’ll pause for a well-deserved break, during which you’ll be provided with delicious lunch-boxes to refuel for the afternoon ahead. Then, our safari adventure resumes, promising more exciting discoveries. As the day draws to a close, we’ll transfer you to a comfortable hotel where you can unwind and reflect on the day’s memorable experiences.

Note: Hotel check-out is at 11:00 AM. In case you need a late check-out because of an evening flight, you have the option to extend your hotel stay till 6:00 PM for an extra fee.
